Christmas Delivery Info (From Friday, December 21st)
Over the Christmas and New Year Holidays, it would be a good idea for anyone who is in a rush for their order, to opt for Special Delivery in the drop down menu on the checkout page. Special Delivery orders placed by 3pm on a working day should be delivered next working day as normal. Orders placed with Royal Mail 1st Class Signed delivery may experience a small delay with the Christmas postage rush. We’re aiming to dispatch orders on all of the normal working days – December 21st, 24th, 27th, 28th, 31st and January 2nd, 3rd and 4th. On Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, the cut-off for same day dispatch will be brought forward to 11am. As we will be working with a skeleton staff over Christmas though, there may be the odd day when we can’t dispatch orders and you will find that Special Delivery is not available and 1st Class will be the only option. If you do encounter this, your order will be dispatched the following working day. We’ll say sorry in advance for this and will try to keep any disruption to our normal quick turnaround on orders to a minimum. If you see Special Delivery as an option in the drop down menu, then orders are being dispatched as normal. Need general delivery and ordering info?
Telephone Orders and Enquiries
Whilst we can do a good job at dispatching orders over the holidays, unfortunately, we won’t be able to take telephone orders or enquiries from Friday, December 21st until Monday, January 7th. You can however place online orders as normal (dispatch and delivery info above). Alternatively, some of our Retailers offer telephone orders. If you have an enquiry, you can contact us by email and we’ll do our best to reply but it might not be as quick as usual.
